Please request for RMA number before sending the unit/s. Within 30 days of receiving an item, an incorrect, defective or not as described item may be returned for a full refund including all shipping charges. Returns for any other reason must be made within 14 days and are subject to a restocking fee of 15% with no refund on shipping charges and ebay fees (5%).
