Please request for RMA number before sending the unit/s. Within 30 days of receiving an item, an incorrect, defective or not as described item may be returned for a full refund including all shipping charges. Returns for any other reason must be made within 14 days and are subject to a restocking fee of 15% with no refund on shipping charges and ebay fees (5%). After 30 days, if an item is returned because of an issue or defect, it can only be replaced. If an item is not available within next business day after we receive the order, we can either offer you a comparable model or refund.
